This is Renzo Piano’s first residential building in the US. Seventy villas harmoniously connected to the sea and landscape. Using light and the buildings fluid design, Piano has created a beautifully balanced environment connected with the coastline and the flora.
The same care and detail went into the interiors – American oak and Italian stone give the living spaces a warm and whole feel. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls creates a sense of openness, allowing the light to come in and touch everything.
